April 14th, 2003 -- Rutenberg Management of Clearwater, Florida, announced the passing of the keys at Diamond Self Storage on N. Modelwood Drive in Beverly Hills, Florida.

Denny Beall and Karen Beall bring extensive management and life experience to the management of Diamond Self Storage. Both Denny and Karen were managers with Bell Atlantic, Restless Hills Equestrian Center, The Home Depot and Citrus Training and Consulting.
