April 15, 2003 -- Diamond Self Storage in Pine Ridge, Florida announced a unique move-in special deal to celebrate the new team brought in to provide management for the facility.

Denny & Karen Beall, the new management team, announced that for a limited time they would rent any size unit, either climate controlled or regular, for one half price for the first month. Renters can take advantage of the deal by paying the contract price for the second months rent and applicable taxes.

They also announced that they are working on special deals to help support some of the unique needs of Real Estate professionals and others in the area.
